Dear Friends and Coaches,
This year is getting exciting! We are holding webinars that will blow your mind.
So far, the topics listed below have only been available in our Coach Training Program or to individuals paying top dollar in personal healing sessions. From January through March, Generational Healing has held an extremely successful communication program, “Safe Conversations”, to stimulate the joy for life long self-discovery and skill building. This program allowed individuals to study in a group setting which offers support and cuts the cost of private coaching sessions or therapy.
We will continue the group study sessions with more topics this spring. Participants receive written material before class, which are then elaborated on in a presentation accompanied by a short power point. Most of the 90-minutes will be used for live-coaching samples, Q&A and small online zoom breakout groups to practice exercises and make connections. Coming away from this course, you will have gained deep personal insight into your ancestral inheritance, as well as insights on how to indemnify and heal unresolved issues for yourself, your family and beyond.
STARTING SOON!
Beginning: April 13 at 11:00 (EST)
Course runs for 3 months from April to June
Self Discovery:
What have I inherited? What did (do) I bring into my marriage and parenting?
How to let go of guilt over unsuccessful relationships and how to gain tools to heal those we have hurt.
Sessions will be recorded and sent to participants for review.
(If we have high interest, we will open a new class on a weeknight.)
Cost: $100 a month for two 90-min sessions, partial scholarships available.
Details on our program:
1. Genograms
Through answering the family history questions you will draw your own genogram and identify unresolved ancestral issues and attachment styles.
2. Masks and Dysfunction
You will learn how we use masks as a coping mechanism for unresolved issues and will understand how to use the Masks power point as a teaching tool. We will discuss trauma and learn to recognize the various circumstances when a person may need to be referred out to a therapist.
We will also teach simple methods for self-healing from lighter traumas from here on in each session, which you can use for yourself or with coaching clients. Methods like Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), The Walking Cure, The One Minute Solution, meditation/ hypnosis combined with memory healing, journaling and more.
3. Childhood Story
It is important that children understand their parents’ life story which helps them to shift from criticism to compassion. You will be asked to write a short version of your own life story, share it with a spouse, friend or class mate outside of the class. This gives us a better understanding of the burden and unresolved issues each of us comes with to marriage and parenting. Our children inherit what is unresolved just as we inherited from our parents, grandparents and ancestors what they could not resolve. Understanding for our own life story and wounds inherited will help to shift anger into compassion and leads forgiveness.
4. The Four Parenting Styles and Family Culture
Identifying the belief systems that were imprinted on us from our family of origin will give the insights needed to stimulate change within the family culture. We will study the Four Parenting Styles and the different effects on the introverted and extraverted child, birth order influence, as well as family culture on roots, relationships, rules, routines, rituals and traditions, religiosity and revenue (how the family dealt with money).
